TUESDAYS NOON EST "THE COMMUNITY WELL"

The Community Well approaches the sacred space of a women's circle in the spirit of friendliness and inquiry- towards refuge. Together we cultivate & share skillful means through a Buddhist-informed approach that is creative & embraces all experience. This meeting is 1.5 hours long. You can expect wholehearted discussion & exploration of the topic, meditation, the pooling of related resources, and the sharing of our direct experiences. No reading and nothing is required but a sincere heart!
This evolving meeting style is not an RR or Eight-Step Recovery aligned meeting. We use many different resources, methods and approaches that are Buddhist-aligned.
